A close up of the fault/defect with the product or a video (if applicable)
The shipping label (displayed on the packaging, if still available)
If there are parts missing, please point out in the manual/instructions booklet which parts are missing or provide detailed description of the missing parts.

Please be specific and provide as much details as possible regarding the issue you have with your order. Please note that we will send you an email with a confirmation that we have received your claim within 24-48 hours. Please expect that we will request for you to reply to our confirmation email with a minimum of two images for successful claim submission. If the photos received are unclear, the claim may be delayed. The photos should contain: a photo of the entire product, a photo showing the fault or defect with the product (if applicable) and a photo of your shipping label (if available).
